Walk to beautiful Residents Beach from this recently renovated 2
bedroom condo at Southwind. One bedroom has a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has
a pullout queen-size sofa. Galley kitchen has stove, microwave, refrigerator, appliances,
dishes, etc.
Please note: The beach that is "within walking distance" requires a
beach pass and the city will only issue those to non-residents if
they are renting for a minimum of one month.
There is also a beach access that is about a 10 minute walk.
