Hollis House in Carolina Beach

Welcome to Hollis House! This cozy cottage has 2  bedrooms and 1 bath and is located in Carolina Beach close to the Lake and downtown area.  Come enjoy our beautiful beaches and listen to the ocean while sitting on the large COVERED  FRONT PORCH w/ rocking chairs and a picnic table. This cottage has a living area w/tv, wireless internet also provided for your entertainment, and a fully equipped kitchen.  The master bedroom  has a queen bed and TV and  the 2nd bedroom has a double,  a single and TV. Take advantage of all  Pleasure Island has to offer! Enjoy the 30 minute ferry ride to historic Southport, go fishing at the oldest pier on Pleasure Island, visit the North Carolina Aquarium, or go shopping on the Riverfront in Historic Wilmington. Maximum Occupancy is 7 including kids and 3 cars max. If you require linens & towels, you may rent them through us or you may bring your own. Starter kit w/ 1 roll toilet paper for each bath & a roll of paper towels provided. Your dog is welcome with payment of a non-refundable pet fee, subject to restrictions. If you are choosing a pet friendly property, dogs are only allowed on the beach strand during the winter months. All pets must be approved by Blue Water Realty. NO PARKING IS ALLOWED ON ANY GRASS AREA, SAND OR THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THEM.
