Vacation Rental Description

Three bedroom, two bath villa with vaulted ceilings,tinted glass 
lanai, 2 full baths, exceptionally large walled courtyard, and the 
floorplan is the largest villa of its type. The master bedroom suite 
has a king size bed, oversized shower, double sinks in the bath, and 
a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. At 
this time, the 3rd bedroom is configured as a den. The kitchen is 
fully furnished and includes a breakfast nook and all modern 
appliances. All living and sleeping areas have ceiling fans. 
Includes clothes washer and dryer, 2 cable TVs with DVD, and local 
phone service. The 1 1/2 car garage includes a night-drivable golf car.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The villa is located in a gated community for which passes are 
provided. ID cards are also provided for free golf at a very large 
number of golf courses, all of which are located in the community. 
The community also offers free tennis, swimming, shuffleboard, 
bocci, billiards, and hundreds of other sporting, hobby and 
educational and social activities from polo to horseshoes. Many 
residents enjoy "Happy Hour" in the town square to nightly music.

Activities and Attractions

Lady Lake is in driving distance to Disney World, Kennedy Space 
Center, and the beaches. There are excellent restaurants in the 
community, and all types of shopping. The area has one of the 
largest flea markets in the country. The house itself, is located 
only a few blocks from the local recreation center and 3 minutes 
from a mall with shops, restaurants, and a Publix grocery.

Vacation Rental Rates

January, February, March                 -   $2800 per month
April, October, November, December       -   $2150 per month
May, June, July, August, September       -   $1450 per month


Rates include all taxes, insurances, Village amenity fees, cleaning 
fees, cable TV, local phone service,a night-drivable golf cart etc.

Security deposit is $500 to be returned within 7- 10 days.
