Non refundable: Cleaning fee 125.00.
Non refundable: Pet cleaning fee 100.00.
Payable in full 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. (Unless waived by owner)

Cancellation Policy:
1. All cancellations must be in writing and cancellation fees do apply.
2. One time cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged on any and all cancellations.
3. Deposit will be forfeited if less than thirty (30) days written notice is given and received.
4. Rent and all fees will be forfeited if less than thirty (30) days written notice is given and received.

***Owner will pay up to $75 towards electric bill per month which is plenty if you are reasonable with the thermostat and other electric items.
