All of our bedding and pillows are sterilized after each guests stay. Our mattresses are all totally encased in a zippered sanitizing cover, along with a mattress pad under all bedding. All bedding is provided.

• Coffee Maker : We have a 12 cup coffee pot, creamer, and sugar. We also have a coffee bean grinder. Coffee available to get you started. We also have a selection of Tea, creamers, sugar, and coffee flavoring syrups.
• Dishes & Utensils : We have all the necessary items for cooking and serving, and then some.. We also have dishes & utensils for toddlers, and a blender. Shot glasses, wine glasses and champagne glasses
• Refrigerator : Our refrigerator is a side by side, Kitchen Aid, has filtered water & ice in the door
• Microwave : The microwave is also a GE space-maker, and is full sized, mounted above the stove
• Pantry Items : We will provide an array of spices, paper plates, plastic cups, and napkins

• In lieu of requiring a refundable security deposit, and all the hassle that represents, we us this sites Property damage policy, no deductible, no hassle.. You receive $1500.00 in insurance for a one time flt fee of $49.00,  for your entire stay
