• Feb-April Base Rate is $200.00 per night (1-4 Guests), after the 4th Guests, it is $25.00 per night per person, making our MAX rate for 8 $300.00 per night.

•  May - Jan. Base Rate is $250.00 per night (1-6 Guests), after the 6th Guest it is $50.00 per night per person. Making our MAX rate $350.00 for 8 Guests.

All of our bedding and pillows are sterilized after each guests stay. Our mattresses are all totally encased in a zippered sanitizing cover, along with a mattress pad under all bedding. All bedding is provided.

• Coffee Maker: We have a 12 cup coffee pot, and a French press coffee pot; we also have a coffee bean grinder, coffee available to get you started, a selection of Tea, creamers, sugar, coffee flavoring syrups, and hot chocolate
• Dishes & Utensils: We have all the necessary items for cooking and serving, and then some.. We also have dishes & utensils for toddlers, and a blender. Shot glasses, wine glasses and champagne glasses, and chilled Beer mugs
