The kitchen includes a microwave, toaster oven, blender and all cooking utensils and gas BBQ grill. Wireless highspeed internet. and Spanish Spings Towne Square and shopping are just around the corner.   King size pillow top bed in master suite and a queen size pillow top bed in the second bedroom.   GOLF CART included at no additional cost!

Unlike some other rentals, we do NOT charge extra for golf cart, taxes or additional guests.  No extra charge for cleaning for rentals of one month or more.  We have kept our prices lower than others because we would rather rent each month out.  You are guaranteed to be satisfied with price, decor, location and amentities.  We take pride in our home and our goal is make your stay  enjoyable, fun filled and hassle free.

The Villages is known for its 40+ meticulously groomed golf courses all available to our guest.   As our guest, you are also a member of the many country clubs. Enjoy our fine restaurants, bar areas and all amenities. There are so many other activities to choose from: both adult and family pools, shuffleboard, bocce, pickle ball, tennis, horseshoes, basketball and billiards to name a few. Watch a polo match, play bridge any day, take dance lessons, try your hand at archery or skeet, or chose from any number of social clubs and recreational activities at one of our beautiful, themed, Villages' regional centers. The home is conveniently located just minutes from Spanish Springs Town Square, the Rio Grande family pool, Chula Vista adult pool and Recreation Centre and a choice of shopping centres.  Play golf on one of the ‘executive’ 9 hole golf courses (just $4) or for the more experienced golfer try one of our many Championship courses (prices vary).

Choose from dozens of fine restaurants in the Squares or close by at one of the country clubs. The resident only Katie Belle’s is known for its huge dance floor and live entertainment beginning at noon everyday. Outside, in the Square, you'll find line dancing, flea markets, car shows, and many other special events.
