For families who are looking for a classic Newport Beach location for their summer vacation, this recently renovated duplex fits the bill! Situated only 3/4 block from one of the most popular surf beaches in Newport, this home is also ½ block from some of the great local eateries, convenience stores & coffee spots in the other direction! Everything you need is within a short walk or bike ride: classic Newport Beach living!
The downstairs unit can nicely accommodate 10 guests in the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, along with two additional sets of twin bunkbeds in the 3rd bedroom. The master suite includes its own TV and private, full bathroom, in addition to the hallway bathroom, which contains a tub/shower combo and nicely-appointed travertine surfaces.
An open floorplan invites guests to enjoy the fireplace and entertainment area from both living room and kitchen locations. All-new fixtures and appliances have been added to the stylishly remodeled accommodations, including granite countertops throughout, wood flooring, and flat-screen TV. Kitchen counter barstools provide a handy indoor eating area to augment the large family dining space on the front patio. A gas barbecue and lounge chairs complete the comfortable patio scene for sunning and relaxing.
