Our spacious Key West style beach home is the ideal location to relax
and have fun with your friends
and family. The house resides on the East side(beach side) of
Atlantic Ave., the road that
runs parallel to the beach, so YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO CROSS A PAVED
ROAD TO ACCESS THE BEACH. THE
HOUSE IS LITERALLY STEPS FROM THE BEACH. There are two public
walkways within 30 yards of the house
that provide access to one of the least crowded beaches in all of New
Smyrna. There is a Publix
grocery store and Walgreens drug store within � mile, as well as
numerous shops and restaurants.
The beach house is our home away from home where we go to relax, have
fun, and get away from the
hustle and bustle of our lives. We are proud of our home and because
we spend 2-3 weekends per
month at the New Smyrna Beach house, we make great efforts to ensure
that it remains in excellent
condition. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do and take care of it
as your home away from home as
well.

3 bedrooms with 2 queens, 2 twins + 3 futon couch/beds (queen size).
Two fully furnished kitchens
including GE appliances, blender, microwave, gas stove, quality
cookware, and espresso machine,
washer/dryer, 52 inch big screen TV upstairs, 27 inch TV downstairs,
20 inch TV in master bedroom,
digital cable TV w/ DVR, balcony, large outdoor wood deck, outdoor
shower, outdoor grill-electric
and charcoal, dishwasher, VERY clean, nicely decorated. This is a
great home for extended-family
vacations as the upstairs and downstairs can function as two separate
living spaces if desired or
left open for the whole family to enjoy. Pets considered on individual basis.

Our home is conveniently located near Daytona Beach, golfing,
fishing, surfing and the intracoastal
waterway. Nearby attractions include a watertaxi to Ponce Inlet
where you can visit the lighthouse,
marina, and several well known restaurants. You may also enjoy
renting a pontoon boat and cruising
the intracoastal waterway or visiting Canaveral National Seashore.
If you visit during the summer
months you are likely to see Sea Turtle nests which are usually
marked by park rangers and
volunteers with stakes and/or wire mesh surrounding the mounds. In
addition to our local
activities, Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios are
approximately 90 minutes away. What
we love about our home, however, is that we never have to leave it
(except to walk 30 yards to the
beach) to have a relaxing, restful, fun-filled vacation.
