Adorable, beachy 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2-Level Condo overlooking Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful ocean views from master bedroom and living room balconies. Upper level of condo has two same-size bedrooms with full bathrooms, one room has a queen size bed, and the other has a double bed and a single bed. West facing balcony on both levels for beautiful sunsets over the river. Lower level has living room with double futon, dining room, kitchen and half bath.
This condo is in a small ten-unit building.

This condo has the most wonderful ocean breezes as well as sunrise and sunset views. Lull yourself to sleep each night with the gentle sound of the ocean waves.
activities and attractions in Ormond by the Sea Atlantic Coast Central
Located on historic A1A, condo is 15 minutes north of Daytona Beach, on a no-drive section of the beach. Walk across A1A to beach. 1.5 hours from both Orlando and from Jacksonville, and 45 minutes from St. Augustine. 20 minutes to Daytona International Speedway and Main Street, Daytona Beach. River within walking distance. Close to shopping, restaurants, marinas and golf courses. Lots of places to fish, and there is a dog park nearby.
The Northern Right Whales have arrived and can be seen, if you are lucky, from the balconies. If not, there are plenty of dolphins to entertain you.

$75.00 nightly (except during Special Weeks) with 3-night minimum
$500.00 weekly except for special weeks: Race Week 2/17-2/24 - $800.00 a week; Bike Week 3/8-3/17 $800 a week; Biketoberfest in October $700 a week
