The home is a 3400 square foot estate with a gated entry, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dinning room, two fireplaces, game room, propane BBQ, pool, heated jacuzzi, and waterfalls. The property is adorned with beautiful cactus and seculant gardens as well as oak trees and a seasonal stream. The home also has easy downstairs access for those with mobility concerns. There is also a beautiful outdoor patio whith chandelier. The home has access to a netflix attached television system at the home. The game room includes a vintage air hockey table. This house is newly listed and at a special rate.

The home is only 5 mintues to Old Town Temecula and also only 5 mintues to the new industrial craft beer brewing section of Temecula. Cross Creek Golf Course is only 5 minutes or less away! We are only 12 minutes to the Rancho California Wine Trail and local wine tasting. Pachanga casino is about 15 minutes from the home. Legoland and Sea World are an easy one hour drive from the home. Disneyland is about one hour and 15 mintues from the home. There is also a wonderful saturday morning farmers market in Old Town Temecula as well as a variety of fun shops and restuarants.
