This remarkable Fiddlestix Cottage is located within Yonahlossee
Resort and Club, a private gated community, just minutes from the
quaint town of Boone, NC, in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

The Fiddlestix Cottages are fashioned after the old "hunting camp"
cottages found in the North Woods and Adirondack Mountains. There are
five Fiddlestix Cottages available for rent within the Resort. The
Fiddlestix Cottages are privately owned and reflect the personal
tastes and styles of their owners. Rustic wood accents, tree trunk
front porch pillars, and twig furniture really set these two bedroom,
two bath homes apart from other homes within Yonahlossee Resort. The
unique Fiddlestix design allows them to be rented as either a one or
two bedroom home.

Fiddlestix Cottage 217, located on Upper Fiddlestix Road, sits atop a
mountain ridge where one can truly savor the majesty of the mountains.
A short downhill walk takes one to the main Lodge and one of the
Resort's two fitness centers. The returning uphill walk home is
reputed to be quite invigorating!

The Great Room of this comfortable mountain home features hardwood
floors, vaulted ceilings, a gas-log fireplace, and sliding glass doors
that lead to an expansive deck. Relaxing on the deck, equipped with
Adirondack chairs, is the ideal way both to start and complete one's
day in the mountains.

The fully equipped Kitchen, open to the Great Room, offers an eat-in
area, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, cookware, and more. One can
access the deck from the Kitchen as well as the Great Room.

The Master Bedroom with king bed features a large closet, two
dressers, luggage bench, and a full ensuite bath with 6' circulating
tub. A full-size stack washer/dryer is conveniently located in a
closet in the Master Bath.

The Guest Bedroom, with queen bed, is its own private suite. Guests
have their own sitting area with TV, private covered deck, and
adjoining full bath with tub.

amenities of the Yonahlossee Racquet Club including a 25-yard indoor

pros, and a fully equipped Pro Shop. Use of the pool and fitness
center is complimentary. Minimal fees are charged for use of the tennis courts and for tennis instruction. Gourmet diners will delight in the fare offered by the onsite and four-star Gamekeeper Restaurant.

Fiddlestix Cottage 217 is located is conveniently located between the
town and Boone and the Village of Blowing Rock. Boone, home to
Appalachian State University, has a thriving downtown with cafes and
restaurants, antiques and boutiques, and year-round cultural
activities. Blowing Rock, an historical vacation destination, is
close to the Blue Ridge Parkway with its miles of hiking trails,
picnic areas, campgrounds, and scenic vistas. Lovers of the arts will
enjoy the Robert Hayes Center for the
Performing Arts and the Blowing Rock Stage Company offering
performances and events throughout the year. Nearby local
attractions include Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, the

departure cleaning. This fully equipped cottage is available for
nightly, weekly, or monthly rentals. Nightly rates range from
$234-$404. Rates are reduced for stays of three or more days. Weekly
