Only 3 minutes to the Scottsdale Princess Hotel/Resort and to all  
the shopping and dining North Scottsdale has to offer.  Located in  
Grayhawk's golf community (home of the famous Raptor and Talon  
courses, and only a minute or two away). 
 
Luxury 4 bedroom Grayhawk beauty, loaded with high powered heated  
(104 degree) spa for eight persons, fire bowl table, pool table (7  
ft., new 2007), large shaded back yard, misting  
feature for large patio, stainless steel grill, lots of pleasant  
birds an an occasional gray hawk visits.  Outstanding outdoor

Inside newly furnished with a super luxurious King bed, Queen bed,  
two single beds, and a Queen sofa bed.  All furniture, beds,

2006.  Two santa fe style beautiful leather couches and a matching  
super padded leather chair and ottoman for relaxing.  Beautiful  
santa fe dining table.  New 30 inch widescreen TV and DVD/VCR.  Flat  
TV also in master bedroom.  Broadband internet access.  Cable TV.   
Luxurious dinner plates and utensils for entertaining.  Fire bowl  
table outside is large enough that 4-8 persons can eat/sit around it  
while having a fire burning in the middle.  Garage parking for two  
cars, plus driveway parking for two cars (No street parking after  
midnight).
