Majestic view of East & West Grand Travers Bays awaits your arrival. Quality built 2,800 sq. ft. home is located on an acre hilltop. The Master Suite offers a view, with a private full bath and hot-tub. Two additional bedrooms are on the same level, with a separate full bath and washer & dryer. A spacious kitchen and dinning area with modern appliances, including dishwasher, ice maker, microwave and disposal. Off of the dinning room, there is a small deck with a four person hot tub and grill. Walking out the front door from the main floor living room, you step onto a spacious porch with a portable fire pit. The lower level offers an additional twin bed. Walking up a few stairs you enter a family room with additional couches, TV and a full bath. From here, you can exit into a two car heated garage with a utility sink and tiled floor.

Note: We will require a 50% down payment with rental agreement; (non-refundable) and a $500 security deposit which will be (refunded) immediately after checkout.
The balance is due two weeks prior to your arrival date.
