The kitchen has new appliances and is fully equiped. It has a side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker.
There is also a breakfast nook.
The dining room has a table with 6 chairs, china cabinet and an organ.
The Arizona room has leather reclining sofas to enhance TV viewing.
The Master bedroom has TV, a king sized bed with dresser and a walk-in closet.
The second bedroom can be configured with a couch/sleeper or two twin beds, 3 dressers and a walk-in closet.
