Our spacious 1,700sq feet condo is in a wonderful location nothing is too far including the famous Siesta Key beach which is 5min. away it was named #1 beach in 2011 and has stayed in the top 5 for many yrs.

The condo has 3bedrooms/2bathroomson on3rd floor(bld has only 3 floors)with elevator access & it's a corner unit so it offers privacy and lots of natural light. It also has a wonderful large patio/balcony that faces a lake. It is furnished in a beachy/nautical theme.

The complex sits on 30 acres with 2 swimming pool(heated during cool months)one of them is a lap pool. it also offers tennis, bacci courts, covered barbeque area all nearby the pool area.

The condo location is perfect as nothing is too far away...Malls 15min drive..."downtown" Sarasota 10min drive....St.Armand Circle 15min drive...a must experience......Ringley Mansion & garden 15-20min. to be included in the "things to do"... Siesta Key beautiful beach only 5min with its wonderful white powdery 99/% quartz sand which stays cool to the underfoot even in the hottest day.   As you can see we are in a PERFECT location all the while maitaining a peaceful relaxing atmosphere that the condo offers.!!!!! 

PLEASE NOTE: We only rent out our condo monthly & we give a 10/% for 2or more months of rental.!!!!!

2 swimming pool, tennis, bocci court, covered barbeque area by pool, small plaza within walking distance or 2min. drive it has a supermarket, drugstore, liquor store, chinese take out, dry cleaner & hardware store

*We require a damage deposit of $500 which is refundable within a week from departure
