Getaway to Frisco-- A great location with easy access to 7 main ski  
areas! Great home for a nice family retreat. Recently updated and  
remodled--very clean!! 
This is a 4 bedroom 2 bath house with a one car garage. gas grill and all the comforts of home. 
Two large adult bedrooms can sleep 4 adults very comfortably-- 
MB has King size, 2nd bedroom has two full/queen    
and two smaller bedrooms for the kids-(3rd- twin with  twin trundle,  
4th- small room with a twin bed.   
In addition there is a kids play loft for the kids to get away to, while the adults can enjoy the  
downstairs to themselves. A fantastic place for ski trips or to relax in the beautiful mountains, in  
the summer!  
Our House is located just four blocks from main street and 4 blocks from the Walmart/Safeway  
shopping area. Easy/Convenient/Central location. 
 The Summit County Free Bus Service is also located behind the Walmart Shopping area. The bus's  will  
take you  
to all major ski areas, shopping  in Summit County for Free! Very Convenient!

Activities and Attractions

7 ski areas within 35 minutes! A Perfect central location to try them all out during your vacation.   
Summertime  
boasts wonderful hiking/biking trails and endless exploring opportunities- Lake Dillon is also just  
minutes away.  
Frisco is a cute little town with wonderful restaurants/shopping and nightlife. The rec. center with  
a fantastic  
swimming pool/fitness machines etc. is located in Silverthorne less than 10 minutes away.  
Shopping at the outlet stores is also in Silverthorne.
