The lower level one bedroom in a gated complex, one bath condo is very well laid out 600 sq ft and has been well decorated and recently upgraded. This condo is very clean with tile floors throughout and new appliances and fixtures. The bedroom has a new pillow top queen bed with TV with very large walk-in closet and plenty of storage. There is a "portable" blow up matress that sleeps one and can be set-up in walk-in closet. The couch in living room is very comfortable and sleeps one. The living room has a leather couch and comfortable relaxing chair, large flat screen TV and DVD player. The eating area consists of a table with three chairs and also a breakfast bar. The Kitchen has all the utensils necessary for your cooking needs. The appliances are new and includes a dishwaher. A Washer/Dryer in the unit is provided for your laundry needs. One private covered assigned parking space is provided with plenty of uncovered spaces available for visitors. The condo is located 15 min from downtown, Scottsdale and the Airport.

You are surrounded with golfing oppurtunities with the Famous Hilton Tapatio Cliffs five minutes away. Horseback riding and other activities are also available. North Phoenix Mountain Preserve is literally across the street with the Tapitio cliffs providing great mountain views and plenty of cactus filled desert walks, mountain bike trails and hiking just minutes away. You can easily take a day trip to Sedona, Tucson and other cities. Downtown Phoenix itself has ample shopping, nightlife, sporting and cultural events
