 Less than a mile from our white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico lies a cute and comfortable duplex home in the heart of Gulf Shores. Sunny Lagoon Unit #1 is an 800sq. ft. 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom home comfortable enough for up to 8 of your family and friends to enjoy a great vacation. This home is right on the Lagoon with a beautiful view of the water. You can fish, crab, and kayak right off the wooden peir. Waterville USA, the beach, shopping and dining within walking distance of the home. Sunny Lagoon is a vacation home YOU will remember. Who knows, we may see you for the next years to come.

Sunny Lagoon has a Livingroom with a veiw of the water with a Large screen t.v. and satillite, a couch and love seat. This home has an open kitchen that has a breakfast bar that sits 4 people and is stocked with a dish washer, electric stove, microwave, a refrigerator, 2 coffee makers, cooking utensils and silverware, pots and pans, cups and plates and a toaster.  This home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and 1 bunk bed with two closets. The second bedroom has a full size bed and 1 bunk bed with one closet. Both bedrooms have a door that opens out to the front porch.They both have alarm clocks. The Bathroom has a tub and shower combined.There is a washer and dryer for your convenience located under the house with a half bath. On the back deck overlooking the lagoon, we have a table with 8 chairs so you can relax in the morrning with a cup of coffee and enjoy the view. We also have a covered deck outside in the back with a charcoal grill. This house is NON-SMOKING and is wheelchair inaccessible.  

Pleasure Island is filled with many things to do. We have The Wharf that is filled with great shops, dining, a movie theater, a ferris wheel and live music. The Tanger Outlet mall has 120 name brand stores to choose from, Souvenir shops within walking distance, and of course local shops filled with local art and gifts. There is Charter Boat Fishing, Fishing at the Gulf State Park Pier, Scuba Diving and snorkeling, Surfing, Boat and Jet Ski Rentals, Parasailing and Dolphin Cruises. Plenty of places to pick to Golf, Waterville U.S.A. is right across the street. Tracks, Put-Put, The Gulf Coast Zoo, Nature Trails in the State Parks, Bird Watching, Bicycling, and Fort Morgan. Fort Morgan also has a Ferry Boat that takes you to and from Dauphin Island where you can shop, eat and site see. . We have so many restaurants. From casual dining to fine dining. From seafood to burgers. There is always something going on here on the Gulf Coast. We have The Hang Out Fest, The Shrimp Fest, Mullet Toss, Elberta Sausage Fest, Crawfish and Seafood Fests, Hot Air Balloon Fest, Mardi Gras Parades and parties. Right over the Alabama/Florida state line is the World Famous Flora-Bama Lounge, Naval Aviation Museum, Pensacola Beach and Fort Pickens. Spring Rates:   March 2 to June 7, 2013

Hangout Fest 2013: May 16-19, 2013

                         $185.00/night       3 night minimum

Summer Rates:  June 8 to Aug.16, 2013

                        $1,000.00/week         $145.00/night    3 night minimum

 Holiday week: June 29 to July 6, 2013

                         $1,000.00/ rented be the week only/ Saturday to Saturday

Fall Rates:   Aug.17 to Oct.25, 2013

                        $600.00/week            $85.00/night      3 night Minimum

Winter Rates:   Oct. 26, 2013 to Feb. 28, 2014

                        $300.00/week            $45.00/night      3 night minimum

                        $1,100.00/ winter months (4 week stay)

Payment accepted: Personal check, a cashiers check or a money order

*Note:* Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

*To rent and hold the house,  30% of the rental rate is required. The remaining 70% will be paid in full 60 days before your arrival. If you rent this house 60 days or less of your arrival,  100% of the rental will be due. There is a $300.00 refundable damage deposit added to your rental. If damage occurs, we will deduct the damage amount from your deposit. If you are staying less than a week, there is a $75.00 cleaning fee added. If everything looks good, please give us 30 days or less to return your damage deposit.

*Cancellation Policy: If notice to cancel is given at least 60 days in advance, the deposit will be refunded for a 10% cancellation fee. If cancellation is less than 60 days, 50% of full payment
will be refunded. If cancellation is less than 30 days, it will result in forfeiture of initial reservation payment and rent.

*NO REFUNDS are issued for cancellations or early departure due to bad weather (hurricanes, etc...) or personal circumstances inside the cancellation date range.

*Lodging Tax* There will be an 11% lodging tax (state, county and city) added to every rental.

*A monthly rental is a four week stay.

*Fireworks are Strictly Prohibited*

*CHECK IN / CHECK OUT*  Check-in is at 3:00pm. Check-out is at 10:00am. This gives our cleaning service time to make sure the house is nice and clean for the next guests. Thank you.
