Vacation Rental Description

Nicely appointed large family home in private neighborhood in East  
Sandwich, with open great room and dining room combination with  
double french doors to 3 season porch on this floor. There is a  
slider off the sun room to a patio for lounging and grilling. The  
large eat in kitchen is also adjacent to the great room. A large  
family room and half bath with washer and dryer are on the lower  
level. There is a slider to another outside patio. The upper level  
features a master bedroom with private bath and two other bedrooms  
and another large bathroom. House is close to everything, private  
beach within walking distance at the end of the road. Great house for  
extended family to enjoy some time off. 
 
Great family neighborhood, quiet sandy beach. Many association events  
through the summer. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Hot and cold outside shower, outdoor patio furniture, charcoal and  
gas grill, cable three TV's, DVD, VCR and playstation. toys and  
games, 2 queen size beds and 2 twins and 1 queen size futon couch in  
the lower level another futon on the sun porch. Fully applianced eat  
in kitchen. large farmers table in the dining area. Stereo system in  
the great room, cd, tapes, ect. New carpet throughout in 2006. All  
wew sliding glass doors and french doors to sun room in 2007. PLenty  
of beach chairs and a large red wagon to transport your cooler and  
other beach items. There is a parking lot at the beach as well. 
 
Large flat yard with mature landscaping, alot of color and plenty of  
privacy.

Activities and Attractions

close to shops and malls, great spot for canoing or kayaking, great  
hiking close by, close to ferry's for day trips to nantucket or  
marthas vinyard. very quiet neighborhood to relax. 

Vacation Rental Rates

off season rates are $900 a week  peak season is $1800 a week (june  
28- September 1) Check in after 2PM / Check out by 10AM
