Should any resort amenities be unavailable or closed due to weather during renters vacation, Goodbuy Timeshare will not be held responsible or offer any refunds or adjustments.

Rates will vary depending on season, weekend/holidays, number of nights requested and time of booking. I do strongly suggest that you make your reservation while the availability is there!
