The accommodation is situated in a gated community with security guards on the development 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The accommodation is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom detached bunglowtype property with ocean view. There is a small verandah at the front of the property. All bedrooms are fully furnished with modern furnishings, including air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
• The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, which includes a stove cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and more.
• The dining/lounge is spacious and comfortable includes sofas, side table, large dinning table which can sit 6 people. There is a ipod/ Music System also television in all rooms.
There is also a house keeper who cleans every day and this is included in the price.

It is not uncommon to find people selling jerk chicken until the early hours of the morning and to hear the beats of reggae music pumping on the streets. The stores and the local market are busy and you will also find the local higglers selling a variety of products on the roadside from CDs, DVD’s, clothing and items for the home. For the adventurous, listen to the local radio for events happening in the local area or for billboards advertising local concerts and dances.
Don’t fancy cooking on a Sunday, why don't you take a trip to ‘Priory Beach in Priory, St Anns, near Runaway Bay.The journey time is approximately 30 minutes from the town of Ocho Rios. This is the beach where the locals and tourists attend for a fun family atmosphere. You will find the adults and children either swimming in the beautiful sea, playing domino, cards, football or dancing to the local sounds. Come early or late.
