Clearwater Beach - Bayside Condo; Get away from the crowds. Beautiful open view of the bay and gulf from the 9th floor living room sliding door, located on the quiet side of building.

Be the first person to rent a newly renovated and very clean one bedroom less than a mile from the beach. Complete with queen-size bed, an additional sofabed (sleeps 2) and 42" Sony flatscreen TV. There is also a flatscreen TV in the bedroom.

Kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and every imaginable item you need for a fully-stocked kitchen.

Three month minimum stay required.

No pets allowed.

No smoking allowed.

Island Estates is less than one mile from Clearwater Beach and is a self-contained community offering dining, shopping, banking and retail.  It is 30 minutes from Tampa Airport.

If the beach is not to your liking, there is an inground pool on the grounds.

There is a gas barbecue grill located next to the pool for your cooking pleasure.  The two most popular beaches are in walking distance.

Washer and dryer on same floor as condo.

Clearwater Aquarium is across the street from condo.  Famous dolphin from movie "Dolphin Tail" is at Aquarium.

Pier 60 is located 1.2 miles from condo. An area the whole family can enjoy.

You can fish at the bay from the side of the building.
