The nightly rate High Season is $214.29  Low Season: $185.71

Weekly rate high season: $1500.00  Low season: $1300.00

Monthly rate High Season: 3535.71  Low Season:  $3064.29

11% tax added to all rental fees, plus $150 cleaning fee.

$500 down toward the rental rate is due at the time reservation is booked; the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  Forfeiture of $500 for cancellations made 30+ days prior to arrival date; Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date, no money refunded. 

Small dogs allowed for $125 non-refundable pet fee.
