Sandpiper - Your Home Away From Home On El Paseo !!! in Palm Desert

The Sandpiper Palm Desert, is a single level unit with 2,000 square feet, with 3 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and a media room.  We are located on beautiful ground at the corner of El Paseo and HWY74.  The Sandpiper being an architectural landmark take you back in time with a very modern feel.  Our condo have been updated throughout with a media room to relax and cool off after a great day of golf and shopping on the famous El Paseo which has all the shopping and restaurants anybody could ever imagine.  Our condo is your home away from home.  We know you won't be disappointed.

The fully furnished condo has 2 full master bedrooms.  The 3rd bedroom is setup as a office with a daybed in it.  And our media room has a sofa bed that can sleep 2 extra people.  Each room has its own cable TV.  The living room and the media room has plenty of seating for the whole family.

We have high speed wireless internet connectiong (WIFI).

The kitchen is fully equipped for any last minute get together with family and friends.  All stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and an ice machine for those hot days.  All linens and pool towels will be supplied.  Our heated pool is a great place to end your day, which has a covered patio area with a built-in gas BBQ, refridgerator and sink for outdoor dinning, and plenty of room for family and friends.

Parking: we have 2 covered carports located directly in front of the unit.

Within minutes you have arrived at the world famous El Paseo shopping district also known as "the Rodeo Drive District of the Desert".  El Paseo have an endless selection of world famous stores from Tiffanys, Coach, Ann Taylor, William Sonoma, and many more smaller boutiques.  After a day of shopping, what's better than having to choose from wonderful restaurant such as Pacifica Seafood, Mastros Steakhouse, Sullivans, California Pizza Kitchen, and many more fantastic restaurant within minutes.  Starbuck and Vons grocery store are located across the street,  park your car and walk everywhere.

GOT GOLF??? -  Well we do, there are over 125 golf courses in the surrounding area, AKA "Golf Capital of the World".

CASINOS - Try your luck at one of our local casinos in the area.

We have it all, hiking, biking, swimming, or siting and relaxing on our patio and enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding moutains

January through April is $4000.00 /month

May through December is 3500.00 /month

A cleaning fee of $125 is required

A deposit of $1500 is required to hold the reservation, and balance due must be paid in full 90 days prior to your arrival.
