This furnished one-bedroom condo with wireless internet is in a great location. With oak floors, tile kitchen and bath, and a new furnace/AC, this condo is neat and easy to take care of. There is a dining area as well as eat-in kitchen. The excellent quality furniture is functional and comfortable. With fold-out sofa, the condo can sleep four. All you need to bring is your toothbrush and clothes as the condo is completly furnished with bathroom towels, dishes and silverware, and sheets and blankets. No carpet, no smoking and no pets make this an attractive property for allergy sufferers. Sun City is age-restricted, 55+ years old. Minimum one-month rental. The condo can be rented on a short-term seasonal basis, or with a one-year-lease ($650/month). $250 security/utilities deposit required.

White Tank Mountains, Arrowhead Mall, Wildlife Zoo and Acquarium, Luke Airforce Base, Coyote NHL and Arizona Cardinals Stadiums are easily accessible.
