house rental amenities
The living room has plenty of seating and a fireplace. The dining room easily seats ten, with another two at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and everything you'll need to cook for a crowd.
On the main level you'll find the living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, and laundry facilities. Upstairs is another den, two more bedrooms, and a second-floor deck. There is also a rooftop lookout with views to the Channel Islands... a perfect place to enjoy the sunset!
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, one bedroom has two twins, and the others have queen beds. There is plenty of room for everyone! One of the bathrooms has a jetted tub.
You'll find yourself well-equipped for the beach, with beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and even an outside shower to rinse off the sand after you come back from the beach. We have a gas grill so you can barbeque at the end of the day.
activities and attractions in Carpinteria Central Coast
Rincon Point is a small, gated community adjacent to Rincon Beach. The beach is world-famous for its three surf breaks. The Rincon Classic surf competition is held here each January. Besides surfing, the beach is also suitable for children, families, and sunbathers. We're just five minutes away from Carpinteria where you will find groceries, restaurants, banks, shops, and everything else you might need. Carpinteria State Beach has a seal rookery where you can see hundreds of harbor seals from the bluffs above. Carpinteria is also home to the Avocado Festival in October and the Rods & Roses Classic in June.
Our house is less than 20 minutes south of Santa Barbara. Here you will find the zoo, botanical gardens, mission, museums, and the popular State Street shopping and dining district. You can rent bicycles to ride along the beach, go whale-watching, deep-sea fishing, or charter a boat to the islands. You can even watch a polo game! There are so many things to do within 30 miles, but you might want to just stay at the house and relax!
