Whether you play in our tennis court or just take a dip in the private pool, you will be glad you discovered a little piece of Paradise!

Townhouse has 2 BR, 2 Baths, with Loft; it sleeps 6.  Master has one king and opening to beautiful terrace w/view.  Second BR has 2 singles. Both have their own access to bathroom.  Living room contains sleeper sofa and Loft has panoramic views.  Baths are fully mirrored; master bath has tub and bidet and guest bath has shower both with hair dryers provided. Kitchen is equipped with microwave, ice maker, refrigerator, range/oven and dishwasher; as well as all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.  Amenities include A/C, linens, parking, and washer/dryer. Master Bedroom also has walk-out access to screened-in terrace. Beautiful view from the wide-mouthed canal from living area and Master BR as well as panoramic views from 3rd story Loft.  Unit has easy access to ocean through waterways and also to the quiet lagoon to the west. Boat slip is available for an additional fee, boat size restrictions apply.  Slip location has direct ocean access. 

Unit also contains DVD players, Stereo, 2 TVs, Satellite/Cable, with free Wifi.  Balcony leads to screened-in terrace for outside dining; one of our favorite features.  Units also have access to Lanai Gazebo Tiki Hut, Deck and Patio, besides the private pool and tennis courts. 

Besides swimming and tennis in our own private community area, activities in Key Largo and nearby Tavernier, offers sound/bay fishing, snorkeling, basketball court, water tubing, surf fishing, medical services, massage therapists, laundromat, parasailing, kayaking, snorkeling/diving, water skiing, wind-surfing, golf, tennis, swimming, jet skiing, deepsea fishing, pier fishing, cycling, sailing, synagogues, restaurants, cinemas, health/beauty spas, playground, marinas, library, churches, water parks, recreation centers, ATM/banks, wildlife viewing, shuffleboard, hospital, groceries, fitness centers, antiquing, sight seeing, bird watching, shopping, boating and paddle boating.
