Location, Location, Location! This wonderful pool home is located in the heart of Sarasota and just minutes away from the world famous Siesta Key Beach! You are within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Sarasota is known for all its cultural activities and there is something new and exciting going on every day of the week!
This wonderful home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, there is also a queen size pull out sofa in the family room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and attached master bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room and two 46' flat screen TVs in the family room and living room. We provide a pak n play and highchair at no extra charge!
The dining room table can be extended out and has extra chairs to seat 10 people.
There is a large lanai for entertaining along with the beautiful heated pool that has a child safety fence and all of this is in the privacy of your fenced backyard!
