Reviews: "Traveling so often involves unpleasant compromises that
finding a place as beautiful, comfortable and cozy as home is a rare
treat. I cannot imagine anyone not being charmed by 321 Shores (and
I'm really picky). Anna Jordan, San Francisco.
"321 Shores is the cleanest vacation condo I have ever stayed in."
Karen Deines, Fort Collins, Colorado
"A great value!. The condo is very comfortable, has everything
including wonderful views up to the mountains, and is totally quiet.
We found AJ's rates to be superior to others in the same complex. It
is a ten-minute stroll to a beautiful beach with lots of things to do
from sailing to snorkeling and good swimming. You are within walking
distance to the Hilton Waikoloa Resort which is a treat to see, and
you can walk to Roy's famous restaurant. We will be back." Jill
Faloon, St. Helena, California.
"A seven-day Hawaiian vacation with my two daughters proved to be
utterly spectacular while staying at 321 Shores. In the early
mornings we enjoyed Kona coffee (or hot chocalate) while relaxing on
the tiled lanai in comfortable, padded lounge chairs. 321 is very
spacious with windows galore! Uniquely enough, you get a lot of
privacy because 321 is an end unit located on the third floor. I
enjoyed visiting the pool area at the Shores and taking advantage of
the concierge services. Not only did they book dinner reservations
for my family, but they helped us locate the best snorkeling beaches.
Another advantage to staying at 321 is being located within walking
distance to the Kings Shops shopping and "A Bay" beach (where we swam
with sea turtles). 321 was perfect for my family and me. This condo
features all the comforts of home (and more) and it's priced below
other units. I will pine until my next visit to Hawaii and my stay at
321 Shores." Jessica Smith, Davis, California

Waikoloa Area: The Kohala Coast is where the newest luxury resorts,
including the Waikoloa Resort, are being placed but it still retains
the spirit of Old Hawaii. It has a number of beautiful white sand
beaches, one of which has been selected as "Best in the United
States", but it also has quiet, secluded coves and back country
walking paths. It has great shopping at the different resorts and
small towns in the area including the many shops at the unique Kings
Shops plaza, which is just a pleasant stroll from 321. You'll be only
30 minutes from the hustle and bustle of busy and crowded Kona Town
but you'll appreciate the quiet and panoramic views when you return
to 321.
