The 3 bedroooms feature 1 king, 1 queen and 1 full/full bunk. Each bedroom has its own TV and plenty of closet space. The master opens to a private screened porch with beautiful gulf views. Our guests also have access to the community pool which is just steps away. With only 3 other homes in this community, the pool is your quiet oasis away from the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked with all you need to make your culinary endeavors a success. Outside living/entertainment areas include plenty of open deck space on two levels and the gulf view screened porch off the master bedroom. For your convenience, there is a hot and cold outdoor shower and fish cleaning station under the home.

Walking on the quiet beach, shelling, dolphin watching, fishing, scallopoing, swimming, boating, kayaking, canoeing, hiking bird watching, nature loving.  Water sports rentals are available on Cape San Blas and in Port St. Joe as well as charter fishing operators from 10-30 minutes from the house.  Golf is a 15 minute drive, and there are a number of great dining locations within a 10-30 minute drive.

St Joseph State Park - 6 miles, Port St. Joe - 10 miles, Historic Apalachicola - 30 minutes, Mexico Beach - 30 minutes, Panama City 60 minutes, Tallahassee - 2 hours.
