1970's contemporary with lots of character located directly on Lake Winnipesaukee (in Moultonborough) in a private, gated community. Southwest exposure so the house faces the sun all day long. Built when you could build very close to the lake. Large and sprawling, will sleep a lot of people. The home has a large deck directly on the lake, another smaller deck and a separate screened porch. There are also two docks, one with a small deck at the end with cushioned furniture - great for sunning. The lot is two acres and it is the last lot to the north on the club property so is very private. The marine lanes are on the opposite side of the bay so the boat traffic is far away. Beautiful views and peace and quiet.

Will sleep nine properly (all with their own bed). A futon in the third floor crows nest provides a bed for one other. We have had 20 sleep in the house with air mattresses, etc. and it wasn't that bad but I would not recommend a week of that!
Two large washers and two large dryers in the lower level.
The kitchen is only two years old so modern with stainless steel and Corian counters.
Large flatscreen TV with cable in the family room.
Wifi with internet access.
Gas grill on deck.
Raft to swim to.
Pool table and ping pong table.
Recently restored grand piano for anyone who plays.
Indoor Jacuzzi.
Three full size refrigerators, one in the kitchen, one in the mudroom and one in the garage.
Fireplace with firewood.
The two docks will hold three boats, five if you get creative so plently of marine parking for guests.
Great fishing out front, I kid you not.

It's Winni! 15 minutes to Wolfeboro, 20-25 minutes to Meredith.
It's a great boat ride to Wolfeboro from there, only 20 mins. I can show you how to get anywhere by boat and will lend you my marine GPS.
