Coasting at 1566 in Folly Beach

This is a custom-built personal home that was built in the late 90’s. It has 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths.  Bed space: one king, 2 queens, and two futons, and a couch.
There are 2 sun-decks upstairs, large front porch, screened in back porch with sun deck.  Spectacular views from every angle of the house. The beach is a about a 300 foot walk. 
There is a washer and dryer, 2 cable TVs and Wi-fi.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and china.
Sheets and towels are included.

This is the owner’s personal home and will be rented only to family groups (10 people or less).  Houseparties, weddings & other large events are not permitted.

The house is pet friendly with enclosed dog pen underneath the house. Pets that are not housebroken will not be tolerated.

The house is adjacent to the “Washout”, which is a premier surfing spot on the southeastern coast.  The house is located about ½ mile from the county park at the North end of Folly Beach. This wildlife habitat is bounded by a long expanse of undeveloped beach that wraps around the end of the Island. It is freely accessible to visitors.  It is a beautiful and pristine area.

Swimming, boating, sailing, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, parasailing, surfing, windsurfing, parasurfing, bicycling, jet skiing, and all of the other activities that go along with a great vacation at the beach. 
Historic Charleston is only 12 miles away, and offers sophisticated shopping, art galleries, museums, exciting night life and fine dining. The Aquarium, Maritime Center, The Market, Patriots Point, Middleton Plantation, Boone Hall Plantation, and the colossal Arthur Ravenel suspension bridge are just a few of the points of interest in this fabulous city.

The rate is $2,500.00 per week from June 1st---August 31st.  The rest of the year is rented at less expensive rates. 
There is a $200.00 housekeeping charge, and a $100.00 per pet charge (if applicable). A $1,000.00 deposit will reserve a week. The house is rented by the week, from Sunday to Sunday.

The house rents on a first come, first served basis, and the reservation will not be booked until the deposit check is received. Air fare and travel arrangements should not be made until the customer has a confirmed reservation.
