Two bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed), two baths, pull-out queen bed in living room, FIOS with 55" TV, phone, stereo, WiFi Internet, security alarm, 400 square foot semi-covered
patio with furnishings, charcoal BBQ and dining table, fruit trees, unheated pool. (Pool temperature is usually swimmable during festival period, but not guaranteed.)
This detached house is in a gated golf course community that has an onsite hotel (sold out for the 2013 festivals), pro shop, bar and restaurant. Day passes available for tennis / fitness center.
We the owners or our representative will be staying two doors away to assist in anyway, at anytime. This is our personal home. It is generally never rented out and is suitable only for adult
professionals. All necessary items provided: linens, towels, dishes, cookware, etc.
