Seasons Palace is located on the exclusive Seasons Community at Kissimmee FL. The Community is a small secluded vacation village minutes from Kissimmee's popular Hwy 192, which is the main route to Disney's main gate and offers a multitude of restaurants, shops, flea markets, crazy golf courses, helicoptor rides, fun family activities. It is within 2 min driving distance to the Super Walmart and attraction like Medieval Times. The community is based around a man-made 'lake', a great place to stroll around and watch the Florida wildlifes. It also offers a kids’ playground as well as a pond/lake with walking trail.
Season Palace is licensed to sleep up to 16 guests. The first/ground floor of the Villa is wheelchair accessible. Whether you choose to dine al fresco by the pool, enjoy a family feast in the dining room or grab a quick snack in the breakfast nook, our spacious kitchen is fully-equipped to meet all your culinary needs. A dining area is also provided for those special meals.
You can also enjoy the Floridian sunshine as you have fun together in the sparkling, crystal clear pool (the pool can be optionally heated, Oct to Apr with small fee). A brand new BBQ grill is equipped for you to show off your cooking skill. The pool deck is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it. All doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms.
This luxury home has a spacious family room overlooking the pool, which is perfect for relaxing in together during the day or evening. It is equipped with a brand new smart LED TV. Your family can enjoy favorite cable TV programs including most sport channels or locate other internet fun such as favorite shows, movies and games. There's also a separate lounge area providing extra and perfect space for kids to play. Moreover, a game room is equipped with billiard and Ping-Pong combo, foosball and air hockey for both adults and kids.
The villa is managed by a professional local management company with a 24/7 emergency telephone number.
Reservations can be made by phone or email with $300 refundable deposit. The rental cost including the deposit is due no later than six weeks before your arrival date. The deposit is held against loss, property damage or cost incurred. It will be refunded one week after your departure upon our local PM's inspection.

With only less than 10 miles distance to Disney main gate and 1-5 minutes to shopping malls, our villa is perfectly suitable for visiting all area attractions: Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, Wet 'n Wild water park; a number of large shopping malls and designer outlet stores in the vicinity for great shopping adventures; many dinner theaters, as well as all types of restaurants for your dining pleasure.

Close to Super Walmart and Super Target, local restaurants include: Red Lobster, Outback, Carrabbas, Longhorn, Olive Garden, Chili's, Apple B's, TGIFridays, Pizza Hut, Dunkin Doughnuts, Golden Corral, Perkins, Cracker Barrel, McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, Chick Filet, and many others; shopping; live entertainment; flea markets; hot air balloon rides; helicopter rides; and so much more! Despite its proximity to Disney, it is a quiet rural setting. There is a nature reserve about 5 miles away.
The unique area has rolling hills and scenic landscapes where visitors can swim, hike, bird-watch, picnic, fish, canoe or take part in the nature study events offered. A huge range of golf courses are within an easy drive to suite all abilities and pockets, including the world famous Champion Gate courses designed by Greg Norman. The Gulf Coast is only an hour or so away to the west, with the perfect white sandy beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg. This side of Florida is also the home of Busch Gardens, a park blending the latest rides with a variety of wild animals. To the east it is an easy journey to destinations such as Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Center.

Stay of less than one week incur a clearning fee of $145.
