This luxury new renovated waterfront Villa is located in the highly desirable south west area in Cape Coral. The lot is located by a canal with short Gulf access and has perfect western exposure where you can enjoy Florida’s fabulous sunsets. The lanai has a lovely L-shaped and heated pool, a dinner area and a lounge area to relax. We also offer 4 daybeds to enjoy the sun. The villa has a dock with lift and 2 kayak are waiting to be taken out into the canals!

The Villa offers in total 4453 sq ft with 2241 sq ft living area with A/C, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a center island. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with washer and dryer and laundry sink. There is free WiFi to use your own computer, pad or smartphone, a new printer to print your airline tickets. One of our highlights is the 6 ft pool table for your evening fun and amusement and a little library with books in English and German as well as some entertaining board games. Villa White Ibis also offers an iPod/ iPhone docking station where you can also play CD’s or listen to the radio.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 42” flat screen TV and direct access to the pool and lounge area. The master bathroom has a big shower with frameless glass doors, double sinks, a jacuzzi and a big walk in closet; the toilet is separate. In the closet you’ll find the iron board and iron as well as pool towels and a humper.

The two guest suites both have their own separate bath rooms with showers. All bedrooms have queen size beds, 32” TV’s and spacious closets.

The living room has a new 55” flat screen TV with surround sound and a DVD player, where you can enjoy the wonderful Cindy Crawford Collection sofa seat and love chair. Two pocket sliding glass doors bring the outside in. The villa has new 2012 stone tiles which flow throughout the house even in bathrooms and closets.

The dining room has a dining table with space for 6 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dish washer and ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. There is a phone line with answering machine and you can call for free within US and Canada. Outside there is a Weber gas BBQ-grill. The villa has a big garage for two cars with remote controlled opener and 2 bikes (26”). For a day on the beach you’ll find a big wheeled cooler.

Cleaning fee: $175 for up to 4 people, add $25 for each additional person

Sales and Tourist Tax: 11%

The rental rates displayed above are up to 6 persons. Cleaning fee is $175.00 for up to 4 persons, each additional person cost $25.00. Rates include $50.00 per week allowance for electricity, water and phone calls. This usually covers all costs with moderate use of A/C and pool heater.

In high season from Saturday to Saturday only.

Travel insurance and personal liability insurance is recommended.

To rent the boat: Any potential renter will need previous boating experience, and we need to secure a $500.00 security deposit. Price per week $700.00Payment information: Accepted payment methods: check, wire transfer (USD, CAD, EUR), paypal (+3% fee). Reservation deposit 30% of balance due upon booking. Minimum amount is the security deposit of $400 for property and $500 for boat. The security deposit will be reimbursed within 30 days after check-out.
