• Deposit: 50% of total rent is due to secure home.
• Balance of rent, tax and damage deposit must be paid 42 days prior to check-in day.
• Damage Deposit: $500-$1000 Damage Deposit is refunded Wednesday after check-out if home is left in good order.
• Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal are accepted. There is a 3% charge on credit cards.
