Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful new apartment with ocean view very close to the beach and  
the Quinta. Our superb location helps you enjoy the most out of  
Playa del carmen. The beach and the most exciting corner of the  
Quinta avenida are as close as a five minutes walk.The apartment is  
tastefully decorated in a mexican minimalist style, with touches of  
wood, stones and natural fibres. The bedroom has a queen size bed  
and leads to its private terrace with hammock, jacuzzi and sea view.  
Our roof top solarium offers an spectacular ocean view, a refreshing  
lounge pool, and chaises longues to relax and work on your tan.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The apartment has air conditioned in both rooms, and you can also  
open the sliding doors and enjoy the delicious sea breeze. In the  
living room there is a colour tv with cable transmission, a spacious  
dinig area and the full kitchen furnished with everything you need  
to cook an elaborate meal or a simple snack.The two sofas are  
individual beds dressed as sofas during the day. The kitchen  
equipment includes a microwave, 2 electric stove tops, a toaster,  
coffee maker, bottled water and cooking utensils. We also  
have wireless internet service with no cost. Daily cleaning is  
included.

Activities and Attractions

Playa is the perfect starting point to explore the beautiful mayan  
riviera. There many activities to be done here, from sunbathing to  
snorkeling, diving, sailing, parachuting...to window shopping,  
dining, dancing, having a wonderful time with your family or  
friends. You can participate in day tours to some of the world  
famous Mayan ruins, like Tulum, Chichen Itza, Coba. Or you can visit  
theme parks like Xcaret, water parks like Xelha. There is so much to  
do and that´s why we can help you plan ahead, to get the most out of  
your time and money.
