Our superb location helps you enjoy the most out of

Quinta avenida are as close as a three to five minutes walk. The apartment is tastefully decorated in a mexican minimalist style, with touches of
wood, stones and natural fibres. The bedroom has a queen size bed
and leads to its private terrace with hammock nd hot tub.
Our roof top solarium offers an spectacular ocean view, a refreshing
lounge pool, and chaises longues to relax and work on your tan. A new restaurant  downstairs offers canadian specialties and excellent wine.

Our associate beach club offers breakfast on the beach and free use of shades and sunbeds for only $5.00 US per day!

This beautiful Playa del carmen 1 bdr condo has air conditioned both in the bedroom and living, and you can also open the sliding doors and enjoy the delicious sea breeze. In the
Living room there is a color TV with cable transmission, a spacious
Dining area and the full kitchen furnished with everything you need
to cook an elaborate meal or a simple snack. The two sofas are
Individual beds dressed as sofas during the day. The kitchen
equipment includes a microwave, 2 electric stove tops, a toaster,
Coffee maker, bottled water and cooking utensils. We also
have wireless internet service with no cost. Daily cleaning is
included. Several beach clubs, like the Zensi, Indigo, W ickie´s or Mamitas are very close by. The private terrace is a wonderful space to relax on the hammock or beach chair or soake in the jacuzzi with your favourite drink.
