the Quinta. Our superb location helps you enjoy the most out of
Playa del carmen. The beach and the most exciting corner of the
Quinta avenida are as close as a three to five minutes walk. The
apartment is
tastefully decorated in a mexican minimalist style, with touches of
wood, stones and natural fibres. The bedroom has a queen size bed
and leads to its private terrace with hammock, jacuzzi and sea view.
Our roof top solarium offers an spectacular ocean view, a refreshing
lounge pool, and chaises longues to relax and work on your tan.

The apartment has air conditioned in both rooms, and you can also
open the sliding doors and enjoy the delicious sea breeze. In the
Living room there is a color TV with cable transmission, a spacious
Dining area and the full kitchen furnished with everything you need
to cook an elaborate meal or a simple snack. The two sofas are
Individual beds dressed as sofas during the day. The kitchen
equipment includes a microwave, 2 electric stove tops, a toaster,
Coffee maker, bottled water and cooking utensils. We also
have wireless internet service with no cost. Daily cleaning is
included. Several beach clubs, like the Zensi, Coco Maya or mamitas are very close by.
On a Honey moon? We will be thrilled to decorate your suite and
Jacuzzi for a very romantic stay!

Theme parks like Xcaret, water parks like Xelha. There is so much to

your time and money.

We receive credit cards via paypal, certified checks, traveller
checks and cash payments.
These rates are for 2 adults maximum. Each additional adult will pay
a daily charge of $15.00 USD, and $25.00 USD in holiday
season.Children 15 and younger have no extra charge.
The suite has a maximum occupancy of 4 persons.
To reserve we ask for 50% non refundable deposit, the rest to pay 30
days before arrival.
A credit card will ne required for security deposit.
