Deposits:
1/2 the weekly rental due within ten days of reservation with a signed contract. Balance due 45 days before arrival.  Security deposit is $ 400.00 for a normal family rental.  Security deposit is fully refundable within 45 days if unit is left undamaged and ready for cleaning.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Refund of deposit if condo is re-rented for the time booked minus $100.00 for expenses.  Written cancellation must be received no later than 45 days prior to rental start. The more notice the better!
