Almost Paradise...Our home, on SE 1 Court in Cape Coral, is in the heart of all there is to do in Cape Coral yet in a peacful and tranquil setting.  Enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset in our oversized coverded pool area. The boat, which is also offered for rent, sits on of one Cape Coral's largest basins / canals and is just 3 miles from the Caloosahatchee River.  The home has been recently upgraded with tile floors throughouth, new furniture, fresh paint and complete "once-over" to make stay more enjoyable. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2 car garage. The floor plan offers the best of FL living with three 8 foot sliding glass doors that open out to oversized covered Lanai.  Layed out for families, the home includes 2 living rooms and a spacious dining room.  The Master Suite is a sanctuary after long days at the beach and has a view of the pool and canal.  The fully stocked kitchen includes a breakfast bar for the family on the go.

There are more than 400 miles of saltwater and freshwater canals that tie the many lakes to the fantastic inter-coastal area and then lead out to the Gulf of Mexico. Cape Coral is known also as a boaters paradise.

Situated north of Fort Myers Beach, the area is the ideal location for good family fun, there is a twelve acre water park and childrens science centre. Cape Coral also offers some of the best golf in the area. From top rated championship courses to the more relaxed "executive" courses, there is a course to challenge every skill level. Cape Coral is considered the second safest city in the whole of Florida. Nearby are the stunning locations of Sanibel Island and Captiva Island.

*Refundable damage deposit (house only) $500.  Renter must replace fuel used during operation of the boat.
