Situated on a very private peninsula, surrounded by millions dollar homes, with a quiet and wide streets great for a walk or bicycle riding. We're 10 minutes to Hiawassee, Hayesville or Young Harris, close to Franklin, Blairsville, Murphy, Brasstown Bald and Helen prodigious location, close to everything.

So bring your toothbrush and kick back and enjoy your vacation, I am sure you will enjoy as much as we do!!

Large family room, with an enormous ceiling,  and stunning decorative rock,  fireplace. The open kitchen and dining room plan is perfect for all your gatherings. Two bedrooms upstairs with queen bed,the lower level  has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a twin bed, A huge family/game room with pool table, TV,  and one bath. A nice wide cover  patio to enjoy the lake view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances, dinnerware, cookware, coffee maker, toaster and all you need cooking in or cooking out on the gas-fired grill. . All towels and linens are provided and there’s a front load washer and dryer in the upstairs laundry room, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

 Fishing and swimming from our private dock, kayaking, mountain biking,  there is a fantastic trail system for bike ride, Hiking, National Forest Service and Jackrabbit Park is around the corner, with a beach and boat ramp, along with walking trails. There are at least 3 major golf courses within 10-15 minute, horseback riding, 3 local wineries for wine testing,amazing cinemas and galleries etc.

Don’t forget you’re fishing pole – there’s a season fishing tournaments regularly held on lake Chatuge!

Fall Season Mid Aug - Mid Nov Spring Season Apr - May: $200/night $1,200/week

Peak Season  June - Mid Aug: $250/night $1,500/week

Holidays 3 night min.: From $250/night,  $1,500/weeek

One time cleaning fee: $120
