UNIT HAS A PRIVATE BEDROOM, KITCHEN AND A DOUBLE SIZE FUTON IN THE LIVINGROOM FOR EXTRA SLEEPING.
UNIT HAS A FULL KITCHEN , 2 TVS, 1 DVD, A/C , FREE WIRELESS INTERNET.
POOL IS OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR AND BEACH IS 300 FEET AWAY. MOST OF MY CUSTOMERS ARE REPEATERS BUT I DO HAVE SOME OPENINGS.

april and may, excluding memorial day weekend, rent 2 nights get 3rd free
special rates for memorial day , labor day and columbus day weekend. Please write or call.
Starting June, were have a few different weekly rates which goes into inseason, then
starting Aug 23 till Columbus day weekend rate continuously drop.
Very low off-season rates.
