This condo has 2 spacious bedrooms, one King bed and one full.  There is also a very comfortable blow-up mattress for two more. There is a half bath downstairs and a full bath upstairs.  MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE.  NO PETS
The condo is located 500 yards from the base of Heavenly
Valley Ski Resort, and 1.5 miles from local area Casinos {Harvey's,
Harrahs, etc.} and is surrounded by beautiful national forest for
the kids to safely play, great for sledding in the winter
For your convenience there is covered parking and guest parking
available also.
This fantastic location will make your vacation both fun and
relaxing!!

Pass to private beach available.Skiing, boating, hiking, or just relaxing on the beach by the lake are all just minutes away from the condo. There is also the added convenience of being able to walk to several area restaurants which
are on Ski Run Blvd. .

Weekly rates vary per week depending on the time
of year, please contact us for more information and specials.

On a per day basis the rates are:
$125 to $275 per night depending on the time of year.
All rentals require a $400 refundable deposit and a $85 non-
refundable cleaning fee.
