It is walking distance to 5 different Restaurants: Mexican Food, Blue Sky Cafe, Nepheles, Cafe Fiore and Bier Haus
We just finished remodeling this beautiful Condo: NEW Carpet, tile, furniture, beds, paint, Flat Screens, WiFi, linens, pellet stove, Ceiling Fans and appliances

There is numerous Heaters throughout the Condo and a new Pellet Stove. It stays toasty warm in the Winter.

-The Summit Condominiums is one of the few complexes with a
