This Condo is 500 Yards from the Heavenly Valley parking lot on the California side.  It makes it SUPER easy get on and off the Slopes especially with Kids.  You can walk to the parking lot but it is chore.  It is one of the few Condos with Car Ports, the condo exits right into the Car Port which is great during the winter. After a long day on the Slopes you can relax in the Hot Tub which is steps from the Condo.  It is one of the few Complexes with a Clubhouse too, which is furnished with: Pool, Ping-Pong Table and a few Workout Machines.

There is numerous Heaters throughout the Condo and a new Pellet Stove.  It stays toasty warm in the Winter.

-The Summit Condominiums is one of the few complexes with a
clubhouse,it offers: a pool, work out machines, two jacuzzis (steps away from front door), sauna, pool table and ping-
pong!

Pass to private beach available.Skiing, boating, hiking, or just relaxing on the beach by the lake are all just minutes away from the condo. There is also the added convenience of being able to walk to several area restaurants which
are on Ski Run Blvd. .

Weekly rates vary per week depending on the time
of year, please contact us for more information and specials.

On a per day basis the rates are:
$125 to $275 per night depending on the time of year.
All rentals require a $400 refundable deposit and a $85 non-
refundable cleaning fee.
