Off the sunroom is an outdoor deck that overlooks the large backyard, which is the perfect place for post-beach barbeques on the gas grill. Outside also features a fully enclosed outdoor shower.

Back inside, the first floor features three bedrooms, a master suit with king size bed and attached bath (shower), a bedroom with two twin size beds and a bedroom with a queen size bed, and an additional bath(shower/tub) off the hall. The best part, the entire house has Central AC for comfortable sleeping.

Moving down to the newly renovated lower level there is a bedroom with a full size bed and twin size bed, a brand new full bath (shower)  and large living room perfet for watching the large flat screen TV or playing games on a rainy day. Space also includes a laundry area with washer & dryer!!

Located an easy 1.5 miles (3 minute drive) to Harwich's Red River Beach, a 5 mintue drive to Harwich Center and a 10 minute drive to Chatham Center. Or if you rather bike, hop on the bike trail immediately adjacent to the house!
