1/2 of total rental amount required 60 days prior to arrival, remaining balance required 30 days prior to arrival.

No refunds  if cancelled within 30 days, 1/2 refund within 60 days. Full refund if over 60 days before rental date.

Rentals are from SATURDAY to SATURDAY.
