This clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable vacation rental is available year
round. This quiet private setting is located directly on the beach and is situated between Jetty Park and Cocoa Beach Pier. Enjoy the spectacular view of the beautiful orange and
pink colors of the sunrise or observe the evening cruise ships setting out to sea from the balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

HEATED Pool & Clubhouse
Free high speed wireless internet and also has a computer on site.
Two king size beds, and in 3rd bedroom a full bed, washer, dryer,
cable, free local calls.
Brand new central a/c and heat.
TV's in every room- 42" Flat screen with wifi for netflix, etc and a dvd/vcr player in LR 
and 40" flat screen with built in dvd player in master bedroom. Movies, dvd's, and games for all ages.

All bed linens, bath towels & beach toewls provided. Full kitchen with all
appliances including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishware, cutlery and cookware. Iron and full size board.
Beach towels, chairs, toys, boogie boards and umbrella provided.

There are restaurants, bars, shopping in the area. Party on the
cruise ships or visit the Kennedy Space Center. Located only 40
minutes from Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Universal Studios, and Seaworld.
The city recreation center right next door includes tennis courts, and racquetball
within walking distance (2 blocks). After a day at the beach simply
relax by the pool. Nearby, golf, fishing charters, diving, boating,
kayaking, go-carts, arcade, live theater, jetsking, airboat rides,
cinemas, sightseeing, and museums.

$350 deposit or chose no deposit and pay $49 for renters insurance(paid thru website at time of reservation, Electric bills over $100 will be deducted from deposit.
