Vacation Rental Description

Residence is a secluded home on 5 wooded acres, at the end of a private road, 
in a quiet location, just unspoiled nature around. 
It enjoys a truly majestic setting, nestled cozily into the mountains on the west slope of the 
Sierra Nevada mountain range, just minutes to the entrance to Sequoia- & Kings Canyon National 
Parks, where abide the world´s largest living things. The gurgling sound of a wild river lull you to 
sleep and greet you in the morning. 

This butifully furnished and decorated vacation house offers you all amenities you need to enjoy 
your vacation. No matter if you are inside in the house or outside on the large deck, always you 
will have a breathtaking mountain view. On the furnished deck you could enjoy a hearty outdoor 
ambiance. Additional you have a  few BBQ´s and a outdoor jacuzzi for the ultimate in relaxation.

The guest-studio is located upstairs. Featuring: Two bed rooms with one queen size bed in each.
One full bath (comb. shower/tub and two sinks). Fluffy towels, soap, shampoo and hairdryer are 
provided, also bath robes during the winter season. Also available a specious and bright day-room 
with comfortible seating area and a pull-out futon, where 2 pers. could sleep.

We also serve breakfast on request and add. costs $10/pers./day

Primestar satellite color TV, VCR and CD-player, AC and library. Bath towels, soap, shampoo, hair 
dryer, bath robes during the winter time

Activities and Attractions

Visiting Sequoia- & Kings Canyon National Parks and the beautiful 
Mineral King Nationalpark. Other activities are: Golfing, fishing, 
booting, lake swimming, water ski, whitewater rafting (seasonal), 
horseback riding
