House is located on a double lot so plenty of play space for outdoor dining, entertaining and fun. Soak up the sun by lounging outside, admire the beautiful fountain in the center of the yard or make an unforgettable BBQ on the Gas Grill we provide. The house has three large bedrooms with king-size beds plus a day bed with a roll-out trundle bed in the Florida Room. In addition, the living room has two sofas and a sofa bed. There are two full size bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub/shower combination. Full size Washer and Dryer are also found on the property for your convenience. Equipped with Wireless Internet and Cable TV for the moments you want to simply stay in. Otherwise, the Florida sun will be calling you!

Basics such as bedding and towels are included. There is a house phone and flat screen TVs found throughout the house. The beautiful up-to-date kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, with dinner ware, glasses, pots & pans, and more. For breakfast, you have a  blender, coffee maker and toaster. Eat in the Sunny Florida Room, Formal Dining Room, or Outside Gathering table! The driveway can fit up to four cars, aside from the garage and additional parking found along the street. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided for your practicality to the beach.
